K.L. Teal finds a deep catharsis in writing books that help her process complicated events in her life. She is able to find solace in the understanding of her own intentions and emotions by expressing herself through stories. When she’s not exploring the depths of her own psyche, K.L. enjoys studying astrology, tarot, magic, and hermeticism at her home in Northern California. She loves anything paranormal—especially ghosts, elementals, and cryptids—and hopes to one day witness a Fresno nightcrawler or a sea/lake monster in person.
K.L. is also the author of two young adult novels, A Girl Named Dracula and Anthropoidea.
Writing as T. Damon, she is the author of The Forest Spirit, a middle grade fantasy series published by our sister imprint, Snowy Wings Publishing. The books include The Falling, The Haunting, The Reckoning, and The Awakening, as well as a short story collection, Song of the Spirits.
